I purchased this item on Feb 15 and I've been trying to communicate with the shop owner ever since to correct an error that was present in file I downloaded. It's taken her days at a time (often 4+) to reply to me and as of today, I still don't have the corrected file in my hands. She's been very polite, but I had hoped for a much faster resolution, seeing as how I alerted her to the error the day after I purchased it. Like I said, she's been very polite but the item I thought I had paid for based on the pictures is not what I received and clearly resolving this isn't high on her priority list. I really am sorry for the 1-star review; if you can send me the corrected file like you said you would, I'm happy to take this down.
